May 10 - 15, 2009

IGFA Offshore Championship

The Cabolicious and Vaquero are registered with and available for the IGFA Offshore Tournament. This tournament is hailed as the "Olympics of Sportfishing" and is one of the most prestigious blue water catch and release competitions in the world, requiring all bill fish be released and using a maximum of 30 lb test IGFA rated line. Prizes include Rolex watches for the winning team.

Our captain Erick has had great success in this tournament (won it in 2005 when it was the Rolex Tournament) and would like to repeat under the "new" structure.

Stars & Stripes Festival
Vaquero and Cabolicious are available for this fishing, golf and music festival. This tournament benefits several youth services organization, including Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Orangewood Children's Foundation, Operation Homefront, Freedom Writers Foundation and Boy Scouts in the Los Angeles area. You can fish and golf or just fish if you prefer.

October 20 - 24, 2009 Bisbee Black & Blue

The Black & Blue, ranked by Marlin Magazine as the #1 big money tournament. We have had some inquiries about the Black & Blue so be sure to ask soon about availability! We do have Vaquero and Cabolicious available for these prestigious tournaments.
